- Sugar – 1 glass (same glass used for measuring rava)
- Ghee – 10tspn

Method:
- Place the pan in medium flame, fry rava with 4 tbspn ghee. Fry until color changes slightly golden brown. Once done immediately shift the rava onto wide mouthed bowl.(figure1)
- Place the pan in medium flame, fry kaaju, khismis with 6 tbspn ghee. Fry until color changes to golden brown and add it to the fried rava(figure 2 & 3)
- Add 1 glass sugar onto rava mixture and mix well.(figure 4)
- Take 1/2 glass warm milk and pour little (i.e. ~ 1/2 of the taken milk) onto rava mixture and mix whole mixture well. pour ~ 1/4 of the taken milk on one side of the bowl and start make small laddu's with hand. Since we have added warn milk, rava mix will be little hot so don't wait for the mix to cool down, start making laddu when rava mix is hot. pour remaining milk (if milk loses its warmness then heat a bit) on to the bowl and complete making laddu's. Place them in plate and keep aside for ½ an hour to 1 hour.(figure 5 & 6)
Additional Tips:
- While frying rava stir continuously well and once its color changes to golden brown then immediately shift the rava from pan else due to pan heat rava color will keep changing.
- Don't put all your strength onto the laddu while molding it in circle shape, make it gentle. If you put all your pressure and mold tightly then laddu will be very hard to eat.
