Bread Omelet is very easy recipe for breakfast, in which bread is cooked along with omelet itself. Here is the yummy Bread Omelet recipe.
Bread Omelet |
- Bread slices - 4
- Eggs - 4
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Red chilly powder - 1/2tspn
- Pepper Powder - 1/2tspn
- Salt - 1/2tspn (adjust to taste)
- Onion -1 (medium size)
- Oil - 2tspn
- Green chilly - 1
- Coriander leaves - Few

Method:
- In a mixing bowl add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, pepper powder little water and mix well.(figure1 &2)
- Break eggs and pour to the mixture and beat it very good there should not be any lump of spices.(figure 3)
- Now add finely chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves to the beaten egg mixture and give a good stir and keep aside.(figure 4)
- Next toast the bread to golden color( we can use toaster or pan to toast bread ) and keep it aside.(figure 5)
- In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil and heat in a medium flame.
- Dip the bread slice in the egg mixture and put in a pan(figure 6& 7)
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread to prepare omelet and add oil.(figure 8 & 9)
- Let the omelet cook for another 2 minutes and flip the omelet carefully to other side, cook for 2mins(figure 10)
- Bread omelet is ready to eat.(figure 11)
- Toast the bread well
- Be careful while flipping the omelet
- Cook the omelet in a medium flame or-else due to high flame color of the omelet gets change but omelet will not be cooked completely.
