Mushroom Pepper Fry is a very easy and quick fry recipe which can be served as a starters or as main course along with chapati.

- Mushrooms – 7
- Pepper powder – 1&1/2tspn
- Salt – 1/2tspn(adjust to taste)
- Oil – 2tspn
- Mustard seeds – 1/2tspn
- Urad dhal – 1/2tspn

Method:
- Wash & cut the mushrooms as small pieces.
- Take a pan, heat oil in medium flame, add mustard seeds wait for crackle and then add urad dhal saute for 5 seconds. (figure 1 & 2)
- Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. (figure 3)
- Add salt, pepper powder and continue sauteing for 3 more minutes. (figure 4 & 5)
- Serve in a plate.(figure 6)
Additional Tips:-
- We can also add onion for more tasty.
