Red chilly powder
is a typical Andra recipe used as a main ingredient in various fry recipe like Ladies finger fry, Beans fry, Channa fry and many more.

Ingredients:
- Red chillies - 10
- Coriander seeds - 1tspn
- Cumin seeds - 1/2tspn
- Mustard seeds - 1/2tspn
- Dry coconut - small piece
- Garlic - 4 pieces
- Hing powder - 1/4tspn
- Salt - 1/2tspn

Method:
- Take a pan, roast red chillies for 5 minutes in medium flame. (figure 1)
- Roast mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds for 3 minutes in medium flame. (figure 2)
- Roast dry coconut for 5 minutes in medium flame. (figure 3)
- In mixer, add all roasted items and grind softly. (figure 4)
- Next add garlic, hing powder, salt and grind softly. (figure 5)
- Serve in a bowl and store in airtight container. (figure 6)
Additional Tips:-
- In general, Red chilly powder will stay for 10 days if stored in airtight container and use dry spoon.
